New Year New NAR Lawsuit

If I do a zip code search using the 3 in my neighborhood I end up with 552 sales in the past 6 months from $185K-$2.6M. Filter it using my school district you have 335 sales from $295k-$2.6M. Just my neighborhood is 125 sales from $460K to $2.6M
Then use the filters - size of dwelling, only the last six months sales, size of lot, etc. You can winnow it down to a manageable amount of sales.

There's always a reason for price differences.
Be a real appraiser and figure it out.
 
If not for the NAR, there wouldn't be any MLS.

Of course there would be an MLS. Only difference is that it would be better and cheaper. For the $$ the blood suckers at the NAR extort from its 'members' someone would have a site that would make the current MLS look like it was carved on stone tablets.
