So tell me ...... If a woman is talking and there is no man there to listen ... Is he still wrong?[/QUOTE] of course, silly fella..... *still laughin*
kim..... initially, the opening post to this thread near raised a few hackles fer me too. but, then i got to thinkin........ 'my goodness! how often these folks must hear the same question over and over and over again.'
as appraisers, it's paramount that we're able to think on Our feet....rather than simply sittin at the feet of the more learned. we have to be capable of doing research...of diggin til we find what we're lookin for, and often findin what we hadn't a clue we needed.
as for the sittin at the feet stuff........ That is what this forum does for all of us. there's not a day goes by that folks ain't learnin stuff. life and our chosen professions teach us that. and, in many posts you've also read where those who've been livin and breathin this appraisal stuff fer years are coming across something perplexin and learnin anew.
i've been readin so much here that my neurons are playin ping-pong with all the new info!........oy......
and these threads are not only educational bar none........ they're also the funnest things i've read in a coons age!
glad you posted, kim...... and as you saw in the above thread..... kindness responded. yer gonna do fine.... a lil venting is a good thing sometimes.
