Nobody Is Ready Yet For The UAD Crap

Seems to me like we need to just wait and see and the form just changes as needed. I think it's over hyped.
 
I listened in to the ACI presentation yesterday, what a mess. They have nothing ready to show anybody. The just lectured everybody that we should have a good attitude towards change.... I repeat, they had nothing to show...

That was EXACTLY what they had at their ACTs Conference presentation that I attended ... back in May 2025 ... :rof:

They are DONE FOR. As soon as I heard they were going "cloud based" I had an inkling. The vast majority of their appraiser clients are in the "Geezer Class", and 60% of those will retire anyway rather than deal with the "UAD 3.6 Abomination". They will be left with a WAY overpriced product and - no customers. They will be closed as an unprofitable line of business by First Am within a couple of years ... remember you heard it here first.

Does he work for GSE and is he a "practicing" appraiser?
Whoever decided in implementing the new form Abomination should have consulted with Fernando.
