Can I as an FHA AR sign an FHA appraisal for my non FHA trainee?

My question is why would you want to sign for a trainee with no FHA experience?

Not so. From a previous post:

But your trainee can assist and provide signficant professional assistance and thereby obtain experience hours. You just have to acknowledge the assistance in the report.

In California one does not need to sign the report to claim experience hours. None of my clients will allow the appraiser trainee working with me to sign the reports but none have a problem with my acknowledgement of professional assistance.
