You are delusional at the best. The only reason jobs are "plentiful" is that people quit their jobs, didn't go back because of the freebies or were so scared by the Covid fear mongering that they are still hiding in their basements. Millions of people have left the workforce.

My understanding is that the freebies are over by now. They have to go back to work.
For many reasons (many retired and less younger folks), there are less workers to fill up the available jobs out there.
Seems like starting wages around here are at least $20/hour. Employers are looking for good workers.

Affordable housing units have qualification limits and I recall as high as $75,000 for single to be put in the lottery system in winning such a unit.
It's based on median income and those below it considered "poor" in need of housing help.

So glad I bought a dozen rechargeable lithium AA batteries last year. Lithium prices have increased 400%! Probably sucks if your trying to buy an EV. So what do you do if you can't afford gasoline, an EV, or even the lithium battery that is necessary for the EVs? On top of that Biden policy is not to not permit mining. I wonder what the price of that 'used' EV will be if the price of the replacement battery is triple what it originally cost.
