Just because you can't grasp the basics of real estate appraisal doesn't mean you can say snippy things like this.

You started this topic in a section for professionals and I'm surprised the moderators didn't move it to the forum for non-appraisers to ask their simple-simon questions in an environment that gets heavily moderated and we have to respond in a more dumbed down manner.

The fact that it was not does not in any way shape or form excuse unprofessional behavior by member participants.

My guess is that if you people continue to behave in this manner toward the general public, it will get moved.

You directed the original poster to search an island nation in the Mediterranean. There was no insult to you or the OP or trees or Cypriots in my mild, friendly post. But if you want to feel insulted anyway it's okay by me. You don't strike me as a guy who needs to invent insults from others.

If I cared for your opinion I might suggest you re-read the entire thread. Pay particular attention to the spelling by the op of Cyprus, “post #28”.
