Think about what you would have to change besides pictures. market conditions, effective date, and explanations on previous assignment? New signature date?
I assume something else could have sold in that time frame or market conditions could have changed.
Real property is a very fluid market. Constantly changing.
I have had something similar happen in the past, lucky for me, the property was vacant and on lockbox, I contacted the listing Realtor and told them I was going back to the property, so I went back a few days later and took all new photos and performed an interior/exterior site visit and changed my effective date.
