I'm not going to do any of it. Anyone remember all the bugs that occurred in 2005? This new ****ty turbotax 100 page web based appraisal system may not get officially rolled out till 2035.

For AMC fees, these clowns are lucky they get 5 pages.

You don't have to do any of it.... ever. Of course, you will not be doing any Fannie/Freddie work. If you are good and have the right connections, you might be able to get some work from non conforming lenders..

I’m sure I’ll do it the same way I did when they switched to the 2005 forms. When the AMC tells me what format they wanted in, I’ll pull up my software and start from there.
