Even if it does not, why do you make such irrational statements on AF???

Am I to buy the fact that you are a frickin' fruitloop that dependent on gold for your reality? If so, you have thrown your life savings into gold, correct?

I buy the reality that you get well seasoned entertainment by Fing with the masses. I just do not buy your statement of dependency on gold.

I will assume that you blow many peeps minds away, all the time, in ultimately good fashion. Your statements make society think a bit. Some of the ways you talk are worth more than gold. Throw some frickin' love into the equation.

I know you are not that stupid when it comes to gold. I can't figure why you actually made that irrational style statement. You have fans, believe it or not. I disagree with you, in many fashions, yet the respect is still there.

Mr Spealman; I see you joined this forum way to late to understand the Gold thing. I'll be brief back when everyone thought that the Real Estate Boom was actually a good thing & many went & got trainees & cut rates YES!! Even during the "Boom" rates were being cut. Then they bought the Escalades & the upscale homes, a few of us said this wouldn't last & at one point even started talking about those in the know should get out of Real Estate Investments, continue with a reasonable fee for as long as possible & invest some of the money made. At that time Gold was less than one Appraisal fee. I feel very sorry for those that spent & spent & did not listen. By the way, another thing that I positively loved was Zaio!!

Folks here is another tidbit Go & read about the 30's!! IF you have items you don't need, or toys you can't afford; Unload em before there is no place to unload em. This next election is going to be historical in more ways than one.

I do NOT laugh at my Mormon friends that are stocking up on food.

NO cause back then food was affordable!!! Have you seen the price of food lately?? Didn't say anything about I was stocking up. I just won't laugh at those that are.
 
More unbelievable news just in...I was thinking I probably shouldn't post this here, but I can't help it because it's so unbelievable, I have to share. Guess who calls me yesterday to ask me to do an appraisal?

I almost fell out of my chair. The call wasn't collect like I would have expected. I really really haven't heard one thing from this person in at least 2 years. My response, "uh, no way. Are you kidding?" She says, "why not?" I say "because you have been arrested for Federal real estate fraud charges". I am thinking, duh, and what the hell are you calling ME for. She says "I know. I need the appraisal done for my bond." I say, sorry about your problem, but "NO WAY".

That was the end of that, or at least I thought, and that was weird and bad enough to mess up the rest of my day. Then I get this e-mail -

"Jennifer,

I am confused on why you won't do the drive-by appraisal for me. It is for an appearance bond for court. It is on my in-law's property. I am no longer in the real estate business. If it would make you feel more comfortable, I can have my attorney order it.

Respectfully,

XXXXXXXXXX"

What is wrong with these people?

Prolly you're the only appraiser in her PDA that's isn't under investigation as well.
 
For a Bond Appraisal she KNOWS she needs someone that will be truthful. Anyone considering doing Bond Appraisals may want to know what the problems they'll face IF it is not what you say it is. Jennifer IF you have total access to ALL the records of the property, IF I were you, I'd really give it great consideration to do it, at Bond Appraisal Pricing.
 
No way. Too much of a conflict of interest. I may get subpoenad to testify against her.
