Hey, I understand how the game works...I was just asking.

In my opinion it is no different than making it mandatory to see the contract and sales price on a purchase. Does the fact that the property is under contract for $zzz and you have knowledge of it make it seem like a predetermined value. I think they should blank out the sales contract price before we ever see it. That would be a true appraisal.

After my recent experience with the State.. Who the hell cares anymore.

Hmmmm.....state employees must learn that phrase at the school where the short bus stops. That's exactly what the Florida Dept. of Finance told me when I wanted to complain about a deadbeat client. :angry:
