We have entire areas even some newer Cities where almost evrything is tract built cookie cutters and alsmot no Rural or Land left anymore. Only thing complex is wealthy areas or Custom Homes, all the rest are stucco boxes which can be done in your sleep , the hardest part is the long drives on bumper to bumper freeways. I guarantee you give me a PAREA Graduate and 12 weeks later he would be rolling along and just need assistance with answering AMC Stips and other lender issues.
