PCV Murcor - STEALING MY FEE

PCV Murcor never has never treated me in this fashion. I am not defending them, I just wish I better understood all sides of the situation described here on this thread. They pay me market fee with no argument. Maybe it is location. I would like to know what is going on.

PCV MURCOR at one time was a very good outfit. You may want to read NEW assignments extremly careful. As I said sense seeing various E Mails as to what many outfits want to charge & the requirements my heart actually goes out to you younguns!! Here in AZ if your under 43 I'd look into the Sub Conttractor for ICE that is a incrediable job at incrediable pay!! Or __________.
 
I just reviewed another inspection fee I received last month from PCV. I charged an EXTRA $50.00 for a rush inspection in a particular city. The following day they cancelled the order. I told them " $75 inspection fee + $50 rush fee." They paid me $58.00. Not bad considering how they screwed me on the most recent one! I wonder how much they collected???
 
***UPDATE***

I requested correct payment for the services provided. Their response: "If I pay you the additional $50.00, this will hurt our working relationship. Do you want to be removed from the appraiser panel?" I said, "pay me what is rightfully owed!"

AMCs think HVCC has given them a license to steal. When we do get a decent $450+ fee the AMCs just slap $200-$300 on top of it which causes the borrower to flip out when he sees his HUD-1 "OMG the appraiser got $750 for 20 minutes in my house!" Yea, I'm really raking it in, that is why I drove a ten year old pick-up to your appointment. I wonder what type of cars the AMC presidents drive?

They dont think it...They know it! Either accept your 50% paycut or get out of the business. Nothing is going to change it. All the promises of the HVCC moratoreum are gone. It will never even get out of commitee. They are riding the cash cow train and it is going to last a very, very long time. Possibly forever. Can't you see that?????? C'mon Man!

Note the name and designations in the second paragraph. This is a designated appraiser doing this to his own industry.

Officially off the appraiser panel. Maybe I should rename this thread, "How to get kicked off AMC list - Ask for payment!"
 
Poly Vinyl may be creating opportunities. If their REO fees are unacceptable, chances are there is a higher likelihood the property will be significantly under priced when listed, toss in Fred Mac and their proven multi billion dollar loss machine and it could be a gravy train ride for the informed investor. Look at it as a form of wealth re-distribution from the criminals in DC. I intend to be first in line when the dust settles.

Oh come on now. Their 52.50 is a handling charge. After the stamp, they only got $52.06. Poor things.

I just do not understand. The day that they cheated me out of my fee would be the day I was removed from their panel. It would be me doing the removing! Why would anyone work for a company like this?

AMCs cannot manage appraisers if they do not have any! :new_2gunsfiring_v1:
