As long as all the standoffs are there and tight, the motherboard should be fine. That's a sweet cooler...those noctuas are pretty much the best fans out there

Why not investigate water cooling for you cpu? Well tested, pretty economical and work well. Just need a top slot for a triple fan radiator.

I've already committed to everything; it's all sitting on my desk ready to go. I was checking out a couple of really cool setups, but I am putting the case back under the desk. It's too big to sit on the desktop, so you wouldn't be able to see all the cool plumbing and fancy work. My current rig idles at about 95 degrees, and I am running 2 GPUs. The new rig will only be running one. It will be interesting to see how the new stuff does if I don't frig it up.

Somehow I got some annoying malware installed on my Windows 10 PC. I tried to get into Safe Mode from Update and Settings, Recovery, Troubleshoot and ReStart but it wouldn't go into Safe Mode. Then, I got the brillant idea to change the boot in Msconfig and now, it doesn't even load the graphics driver so I have a black screen with no cursor. The best part is I can't find my recovery drive.

If you do find it, what do you think the chances are it works?

I finally got everything up and running, although the setup was a real pain. The difference between this build and my old one is like night and day, the new one is wicked fast with the M2 drive and the Core Ultra CPU.

Nice. That CPU is insane with 32 cores.

I've only got one more problem to deal with, and at this point, I am stumped. I have all my case fans plugged directly into the Seasonic PSU, and none of them work. Very bizarre.
