Photos Missing From My Android Or From Google Photos...

Wow.... that's like carrying a camcorder around your neck. You guys are hardcore.

It is more compact than it looks. It is not large like a DSLR.

It's still a point and shoot. The main thing I like about it is the display that flips out and tilts. It makes it easy to frame shots without holding the camera in front of your face.

Maybe it is the same size as a DSLR. Doesn't feel bulky though. :)

Its a fixed lens, which I think makes it a bit more manageable than a Rebel or an EOS (which I love as well).

The focal length for the wide angle lens is perfect too. It doesn't make the size of rooms exaggerated like when you do .5x with phones.

Somebody told me they send photos over the WhatsUp app - I have not personally tried it. I use my iPhone and message the photos to my computer. I miss my old point and sh,oot but lost too many photos on the memory card and it was slower than the iPhone - which takes crystal clear photos.

Phone photos look crystal clear because they mess with it. It's auto photoshopped unless you turn off the feature.

You guys ever try taking a selfie without the face retouching? lol

Really not the most secure solution. Anything going thru Meta or any social media platform for that matter is not what you want for pics used in an appraisal

That's a lot of work. If you take photos on Android, you just go to photos.google.com, click on the date to select all photos from the date, and click download all.

I must admit that my phone camera is far and above in quality to my point and shoot. But hey, I only set my camera to 5 megapixels. The photos are not going to be published in Architectural Digest.

I just like the separation between the two though. My point and shoots "must" have a viewfinder..... sometimes in the bright Sun or a dark room, you need that exactness of what you're taking a shot of.

I take too many photos to depend on the cloud to make sure my photos are on my computer when I get back home.
