Here I am thinking I was the only person in the Appraisal World that enjoyed chewing tobacco.
I'm a Cope chewing, toothbrush in the glove compartment, brown-stained map kinda guy. Boy does my wife hate it!

Timothy; Okay...I ordered the book two days ago.......on your word.....after all someone who used to live in Iowa would never mislead someone would they?????
If I get one thing out of the book and can make one improvement to my reports it is worth the 30 bucks.

Tim, if you are wrong about this my contacts in Iowa will insure you are banned from the state for life. My Michigan contacts will track you down and measure you for a pair of concrete boots.
