Pool on Sketch?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an in-ground pool with photo provided, does this also need to be reported on sketch for conventional loans?

I doubt it is required, but I always did. Since many pools are not square, I usually put them in as ovals but without dimensions. Simply noted it.

A rectangle labeled "Pool" is all I provide and I have never been requested to provide more. Cute little icons or "POOL" in all caps is given to non AMC clients.

Yes I include both on all appraisals --The Photos and Sketch--Assist- readers-users and reviewers. .

Pool on sketch does not have to be to scale-- I usually just use one that most sketcher programs have and then just Label it as ( In Ground Pool -Spa ) etc.

I take photo of pool at certain angle.
