Pool on Sketch?

Pool on sketch does not have to be to scale-- I usually just use one that most sketcher programs have and then just Label it as ( In Ground Pool -Spa ) etc.
Thank God not to scale....this is my typical sketch. 1652334621081.png

I've included sketches of pools.... And I've delivered reports without pool sketches. No one seems to care either way.

didn't like my joke sketch, ok. wasted my time increasing the font for POOL, fake square house with decimal +4 digit measurements. Oh well. I feel like Chappelle who was tackled on stage.
I didn't mean any disrespect.
When I first saw your sketch with the big O' Pool, my first reaction was seeing Fool.
After I saw your nonANSI measurements, the sketch was not real.

I live in Massachusetts. A pool is good for 4 months tops. If you live on a postage stamp lot and the whole backyard is the pool….and you are a yuppie couple who travel most of the time, you won’t even buy the house!

Point being, a pool is a pool. Measuring it has no affect on how you value it. Take a pic, value it and be done.

I'd seen houses having the rear pool covered up.
The upkeep of pool is high for some and some don't want it.
And with CA having drought issues, having pool is not desirable.
I had a large above ground pool and got rid of it. It was an ugly eyesore. I put a small putting green and looks nicer and spacious in my yard.
