Well, shoot. I started my reply, got up to get a glass of tea and that quick-draw western woman posted while I was away! Read what she said. Sorry for the almost double post!

No...it does not have an exempt status....but does appear to be a parsonage...but...also...appears to be an arms length sale. I have also comped about half of the adjoining county. Am I having fun yet? My dad says that a lot. Well...I love this work but it seems that the more I do the more I find out that I need to learn about. It also seems that since I started my own business this year that I have gotton only one or two "cookie cutters" whereas my boss usually got more than 50% "cookie cutters". However, I do love this occupation and thank GOD for this message board! :? :wink:
 
Hang in there Debra! I have been in the field for almost 35 years and I am still learning. But it is fun and I am having so much fun that I hope to continue for at least another 30--maybe I could try for 35, that would only make me 101 when I finally pack away my tape measure. And the best part is all the challenges and finding the answers for the challenges and then finding more questions for more challenges.
