See, I don’t do them. I do some liquidation exterior but I use extraordinary assumptions. So, there you go. Lol

The same basis I use arriving at their market value. If EA is involved, then the info on how I arrived at that EA is how I rate them. If you don't believe it's a certain condition or quality, then how could you value them??
