Question and a gross story

haha, there IS a difference between guano and guava! Guava is a tropical fruit and VERY edible. I would guess your mascara is made from GUAVA, not GUANO.

Mascara doesn't contain guava, but it does contain guanine, which is a synthetic and does not contain guano.

Much of the crap was on the opening, which fell on me and the floor.

They cluster around heat sources. My 110 year old home had a bat problem when I bought it. Everywhere there was a air leak to the attic, there was a pile of poo on top of it. There were places where the bats actually sealed up air leaks with poo and moved to another. You can tell the age of it by the colors. They piled up so much on the bathroom vent pipe (sheet galvanized, not the flexy stuff) that it broke off. It also smells a million times worse when it's wet.

Call it environmentally conscientious insulation and be done with it....I mean it's probably less toxic than some of the insulation materials out there.<--{this is sarcasm}

When it comes to telling "worst property" stories, I do believe that one will be hard to beat. I thought I had a couple of goods ones, but standing on a pile of garbage (there was nowhere else to stand) shaking out whatever was trying to crawl up my leg simply doesn't compare to a face full of bat sh*t.

OMG....what a dreadful story! That is so disgusting!

:rof:This story has to be "Billy the Exterminator" material.

I agree with Ken - this one wins in the "worst circumstances at an inspection" award.

I hope there's cash prize involved. I swear I can still taste it. :eek:

I think I'm ok...except I woke up this morning and found myself hanging upside down on the chandelier.

The last I heard, the prize for assignments like this is the undying love and affection of your client. :icon_mrgreen:

Rut roh.........you're transforming........... one of the little known side effects of exposure to bats......mwuaahaha. You'll know it's complete when you suddenly abhor daylight, quickly followed by writing reports at 3:00 AM.......... :new_asthanos:

The MLS listing:

Beautiful circa 1884 home with environmentally conscientious insulation and unique pets that remain with the home. Income potential from cleaning up behind the pets. Make an offer today.

Yup you win the inspection award.
