Question and a gross story

Wars have been fought over it, specifically on the West African Coast.

Also, can we see the picture please?

Guano, how Bruce Wayne became rich.

Ditto Wayne - you might want to check with your doctor about whether you need to do anything about having inhaled dust from bat droppings.

call a doctor

I 2nd that - please at least make a phone call to your doctor. Some things are best treated early. Don't mean to scare you - but then, you don't appear to be easily spooked! You seem like a very nice person, with the respect that you showed the homeowner - you cleaned it up, and didn't want to frighten her. I would have jumped in her shower, clothes & all!

Crimony. A one time shot of bat crap is no reason to go the ER.

Condition the report on correction of the condition per the FHA Scope of Work and rinse your mouth out with the Scope in the Bathroom.

You've just given Skippy another reason to not to inspect the attic.

Bats have to live somewhere, and FHA refinances make me a little nervous when I look in the attic. Most FHA appraisals I do are purchases, and on those usually a physical inspector is there before us, but it seems like FHA refis are becoming more common lately.

I didn't climb into the attic cuz bats were flying around, but I did capture this. MM MMM Good

Wait...what could be causing this? Let's have a look.

Much of the crap was on the opening, which fell on me and the floor.

Here's another area in a side attic.

There was another (3rd) attic that was sealed with screws...she said she had problems before and didn't want the bats and their smell to come in the house.

Needless to say...I left it sealed.

......AND GET TO YOUR NEXT INSPECTION!

Here I am thinking if I should clean up before the next inspection.
