RA - Rheumatoid Arthritis

No, my hands are too stiff today to type efectively.

Truth, not scarcasm.

Does that mean you have RA?

They are still testing, but it sure appears that is likely. For me, this would be called a fast and hard strike.

You can manage this by eliminating milk, coffee and tobacco while upping your Omega 3 intake and exercise level. Cut way back on animal proteins too, good luck!!

I will probably have some answers this week. They took a lot of my blood.
I've been off tobacco for almost a year now.
I love milk!
I've been off caffeine for many, many years already. Is it the caffeine or coffee in general that's bad?
I'll find out about the Omegas.
Exercise does need to be increased.
I love meat! I also have digestion problems with numerous sea-foods.

I've added the Honey and Vinegar mixture (yuck!) to my diet already, and fish oil capsules.
Doctors put me on steroids and pain killers.

I am still stunned about the extreme pain RA can cause. I really could not believe that kind of pain could be arthritis.

Stress? Having one of the biggest targets in the real estate appraisal world placed on me, mainly by First American eAppraiseIT and the companies/people that have been involved in unlocking and altering appraisal reports, very well might have something to do with this.

"I feel your pain!"

Have it in my hands and its no joy....

Am currently reading the health book "You! The Owners Manual", written by a couple of doctors.
They recommend (in addition to the Omega 3's) Glucosamine & Chondroiton (in pill form), as well as Bromelain.
Seems these two will add the needed oomph the joints need as well as reduce inflamation, which causes pain.

If that does'nt work, I recommend you see Dr Jack Daniels. He specializes in reducing most pains (he just doesn't claim to have any control over any side-effects)
:new_all_coholic:
Good luck

Stress is a killer. It can trigger illness and cause death. It is a well documented fact.

Now is the time to start meditation and other calming exercises. Don't let it get too far before you try the alternative approaches. Steroids can cause long term damage - be very careful.

I find that the alternative meat products are really good. Try them, you'll like them!

I don't like milk - so that would not be a problem for me. Soy milk is great with cereal and I use it for cooking.

It might be time to focus on 'Pam' instead of the other problems in the world. It is not worth risking your health.

Smokey can give you lots of new age advice on yoga and healthy foods.
