I don't pay REALTOR dues anymore. Was granted REALTOR Emeritus status when I hit the 30 year as a member mark. I do pay $50 a month for lock box access.

Mike, your lucky because Emeritus status is now 40 Years. Plus service at national level.

I am a full member of NAR & a member of 2 local boards. One board has an agreement with a 3rd local board. The 2 latter boards recently changed their rules & it is now necessary to be a member of either board in order to have access to the other board. It's actually cheaper to be a member than it was as an MLS member only.
