RFK, jr is inspiring

You are probably right. Rogan uses steroids if I am not mistaken. I need to come up with a new workout plan now that my back has heeled up. I like the idea of high intensity working of one muscle group for 30 minutes.

He says he doesn't but betting TRT at a minimum.

Not sure how old you are, but the more muscle you have as you age the better. Higher muscle mass regulates blood glucose, improves liver function, reduces BP, improves cardiovascular health, reduces arthritis related inflammation and most importantly lessens your chance of having a debilitating fall.

Zone 2 cardio is great as well, but if you only do one thing, lift and lift heavy.

I have shrunk massively as the result of getting into my sciatic nerve when my thigh bone dislocated from my hip socket in 09/21. I am healed up enough now so I can get back into it.

It sucks. I lost a ton of muscle after having some auto-immune inflammation issue starting in 2012. Was barely able to lift my arm over my head. Naturalpath got me on track after multiple Rheumatologists failed.

Slowly getting it back now, but it's definitely a struggle over 50

I was in the same place, walked around the house bent over at a 90-degree angle, cussing like a sailor for about four months till I could start standing up straight.

I'm afraid of the chemistry so I don't want to use any of it. I was born this way. I don't have any chronic conditions or mobility issues so far, so I'll take my chances.

It is actually good for multiple systems in the male body, i.e., heart, brain, etc; they all have numerous testosterone receptors. I've been doing it for about 10 years now, highly recommend it.

I am going to experiment with breakfast, see which combinations of foods give the best motivational energy to do a 30-minute workout every morning. Today's menu is a sliced banana and wild blueberries.

Eggs the perfect food

This guy pounds it 5 days a week with an intense 30-minute morning workout.
What inspires you may not inspire me and others. What if I do 2 hour work outs 7 days a week?

Catch my drift?

I am glad you have physical attraction to Mr. RFK. You should ask if you can go join him on a workout.
