Ideally I drink my amino acid powder drink before my workout.
Then after workout, drink water and eat more protein.
Protein builds muscle. At our age, we try to save what muscles we have left.
 
What inspires you may not inspire me and others. What if I do 2 hour work outs 7 days a week?

I think deadlifts have been the primary reason my sciatica pain has pretty much gone away.

I use to increase the weights but I think it could have caused my nerve issues.
Thus, just lifting same weight level just to tone my body.
