The problem is, irrespective of whether medical marijuana is acceptable/good or not, there are a lot of irresponsible actors in this still immature industry that should remain SMALL for the good our society. It is still a federal crime. And, now I get these nut cases calling up thinking they are going to get rich because they now have someone dispensing cannabis in one of their leased offices, or they just inherited a small commercial space and are absolutely convinced they are going to get rich setting up some kind of greenhouse operation. .... The reality is, a lot of growers up in places like Oregon are sitting on inventory they can't get rid of. You know what is going to happen. You know .....

The very first Valley Seminar began in 1970. Our "modern" version of the Valley Seminar became known as the Spring Conference in 2000 and has taken place each spring at the Doubletree Hotel since 2006.
