SAR Responsibilities

That's good then for a lender. Idk.

On their conversations over phone or email, they don't reference appraiser ID because they are not doing an appraisal.

I never really ask to be honest. I have never asked VA if they have to be licensed or if it helps to get the job as a SAR.

I don't know what they make on income.

Many if not most of the people in RLC are licensed appraisers. I have asked several of them. Many have had many years of private appraisal practice.
95% of Phoenix rlc in the appraisal department are not licensed and zero of the SAR’s in my experience hold an appraisal license.

It is not that way in Atlanta RLC. Logic would tell me that the lender would want their employee SAR being a licensed appraiser.

Sorry.

Never met an SAR who holds an appraisal license yet.
Sorry Zoe - I do VA work for Atlanta. Never met one yet with a license.

Let's go back to square one. They have the lowest loss ratio of any long term mortgage program in history.

You want to argue that too?

No bailout needed.
