Hi All, I'm searching for any data that indicates stigma after mold/water leak remediation, particularly on high-end residential properties. Will gladly reciprocate with data I found elsewhere. Thanks in advance!

There was a rental apartment project that had mold issues related to the central a/c system that I believe went into bankruptcy. A developer subsequently acquired the project remediated the mold issue and renovated the entire building converting the property into condo units.

If you want info let me know and I'll dig it back out.

Hi Howard,
Would love to see that information if it isn't too much trouble. Thank you!
