Should I file complaint with Appraisal Board?

I don't see where this review violates USPAP or any NCAB rules.

Thank you for your opinion which I value. I placed the question in the North Carolina forum for a reason. I know the degree to which I value the opinion of some of you locals. My only question had to do with rendering a value opinion of a Charlotte property from Raleigh.
 
Who knows what the NCAB might think?


No inspection is required to give a value and her additional comps were close and reasonable.good.


Remember...the scope of work tells it all. She is not bound to Fannie Mae and her reliance on the original report is clear.
