It is the hottest fad. The pinks makes a 70db sound (sound level similar to a freeway) that carries over a block and get two or three courts going and I'd think it would bother most homeowners who live nearby. So my $64 question is, if a house is near a pickle ball court, would you mention it and do you think in the long run it might have an impact on value requiring adjustment?
I'm somewhat of a noise snob. Don't like unexpected noise. I use to complain to the city about mowing at 4am on the golf course and was told they gave them a noise exemption because they had to prepare the course for the 8am tee times. So basically your SOL. Fortunately, they stopped early a.m. mowing because $250 a night hotel guests complained too.
