There are MANY companies (AMCs) that have different types of this product and some of them PREDATE the 1004P and many of them do NOT give the appraiser the name of the inspector.

Bringing that little factoid to your attention does not amount to mansplaining to the female (which I assume is the basis for your "real man" crack") nor is it an example of abusing the noob; it's just an invitation for you to consider the alternate perspective.
