That is not correct. No name is on the inspection sent to the appraiser in most cases.

Because YOU have completed for these products from a provider that gives you a name does not mean that all of the different companies with these products do the same.

There are MANY companies (AMCs) that have different types of this product and some of them PREDATE the 1004P and many of them do NOT give the appraiser the name of the inspector.

As usual with you, you pretend to know everything from your trainee corner.

"all" or "none" statements tend to get real tricky in appraisalworld when considering all of the legitimate possibilities. Bringing that little factoid to your attention does not amount to mansplaining to the female (which I assume is the basis for your "real man" crack") nor is it an example of abusing the noob; it's just an invitation for you to consider the alternate perspective.

Besides which he's actually correct, so there's that.
