Un-Official 12 Month Summary Report June 2009

Someone a few months back (my apology when I look back I'll post the name here) suggested it would be interesting to track Disciplinary Activity by Month and by State. I agree. Suggest if Individual State Activity is desired AF Members in each State take on the Tracking. Here is the un-official tally of Licenses Voluntarily Surrendered or Revoked by State Boards within that time frame (filtered from the multi-year laundry lists). Source: daily ASC email reports posted on this Thread.
