Hello to all;

After decades of crime, fraud, bad appraisals and general wrong-doing and
more than a year after he was indicted on dozens of counts of fraud and
identity theft in Pierce County, the fine folks at the State of Washington
Department of Licensing evidently finally ran out of ways to protect Wilhelm
Ellwanger k.n.a. Robert Bonneville and have FINALLY got around to revoking
his appraiser license/certification. It's a ten year revocation, which is
coincidently the same exact penalty they assessed against a good appraiser
who simply failed to respond in time (a week or so late) to a letter
containing a statement of charges from DOL (that was never legally served as
outlined in RCW 4.24). Yet another fine example of the uneven enforcement
and head-up-their-*** reasoning that DOL uses on a regular basis. You know
who the real criminals are?

A disgrace, but I reserve that opinion for the government imposition of licensing in most cases anyway.
