Both of these Missouri cases make interesting reading. Go here:

Click on "Search AHC Cases" and enter the numbers. Hicks is 09-1334 RA (must use dash and space) and Logue is 10-2095 RA. They opened in WordPad application in my computer.

What is most interesting to me is that the violations were apparently misrepresentations to push value. In the past, many appraisal boards and commissions were reluctant to get into value issues... that seems to no longer be the case. (Run, Skippy! Run!)
 
That is interesting reading. Individually, some of the issues they had with the reports seem insignificant but taken as a whole they appear damning. My experience with reviews done by the state is minimal but I have been disappointed with the few that I have seen. I read through the two performed on Logue's appraisals and they seem adequate but not great. I think the state could and should get better. Seriously, don't say you aren't going to make assumptions about the interior and then proceed to do just that in the review.
