Didn’t bunton retire 2 years ago? Thought I read that. What’s he still doing there?

If I were that level of a criminal, I’d take the money, change my identity, and leave town. Hell, maybe better to stay in the swamp. Be among swamp friends.

would you retire at that rate...:rof::rof::rof:

Relman Colfax was paid to draft the non-discrimination language that was adopted in the latest version of USPAP.

And why and for what did TAF pay a half million to BakerHostetler ?

I did a little digging and it looks like BakerHostetler is a woke Law firm. So between these two TAF has spent over a million dollars. 2024-02-09_16-40-55.jpg

“After careful consideration, the Appraisal Standards Board has voted to extend the current edition of
USPAP through December 31, 2023,” said ASB Chair Michelle Czekalski Bradley. “The ASB
launched a comprehensive review of the ETHICS RULE in February and just released the resulting
Third Exposure Draft in July. As USPAP matures, revisions such as this will take more time to
conduct the requisite research to ensure changes continue to uphold the public trust. I am proud of
the work we have done, in conjunction with the preeminent fair housing law firm Relman Colfax, to
develop the proposed changes to the ETHICS RULE in the Third Exposure Draft, and the Board
looks forward to receiving public comment on this proposed change

five hundred seventy thousand and thirty one dollars later...:rof: :rof: :rof:

It doesn't make sense. Why would TAF be involved in this mess? There's more to the story.

It's remarkable. The same shake-down artist trying to destroy Mr. Lanham's life are writing the Ethics rule for a group of criminals over at TAF. You can't make this stuff up. It's no wonder TAF has not donated to Lanham's GoFundMe page. It's one conflict of interest after another with this organization. And of course, the Bradley’s are knee-deep in all of it.

TAF was the start of the direction for licensing. Y'all critics are accusing our founders of something egregious.

as serious in nature this topic is...i can't stop laughing...they are caught with the proverbial hand in the cookie jar :rof: :rof: :rof:

It's no different than inviting activists to participate in the legislative process so the politicians can't be accused of ignoring them.

At $1000/hr the $570k amounts to 570 billable hours. Not nothing, but also nowhere near enough to bribe a shakedown firm to leave TAF alone.

But it’s a dang good start.
