TAF paid over 500K to the Law Firm trying to destroy Shane Lanham

This is what happens when government tries to shove this stuff down people's throats. No matter which side you're on, either you're inclusive or you're not. Quit with the pressuring others to go along with things they don't support or, in this case, understand. Don't condemn others for their beliefs...Everyone has the right to make decisions that are right for them. Now the NMSS is missing a dedicated volunteer for something that she believed in.....the NMSS probably had to fire her or come under fire if they didn't.....phhhfffttt.

Goldman raised Solomon’s pay despite its 24% fall in profits last year as well as the bank’s ill-fated foray into commercial lending.

why they going after appraisers when the unethical have the deep pockets... :rof::rof::rof:

deny deny deny... :ROFLMAO:
Not at all. My point is that you.. and others.. are making the assumption that TAF is somehow supporting the lawsuit against Shane Lanham... even though there is no evidence that they are. Maybe they are... maybe not. We just don't know.

Two Cheers for an ‘Evolved’ Beltway Entrepreneur… David Bunton

“On a personal note,” wrote Bunton in his February 2023 newsletter, “I had the opportunity to attend a screening of the ABC documentary ‘Our America: Lowballed’ at the Brookings Institute with Foundation Trustee Jillian White who is featured in the film. It was gut-wrenching to hear stories from Black and brown families who have had to whitewash their homes in the face of appraisal bias. The differences in the appraisals they received were appalling. There is so much work that remains to be done on the issue of appraisal bias.”

Bunton, who is not an appraiser, is now squarely promoting the fiction that appraisers value homes based on the race of the property owner.

“Appraisal bias is undoubtedly the most critical issue facing the appraisal profession right now.” That’s his new message. His medium? The PDF he sells to captive licensees at $75 a pop as a corrective. That’s all you need to know.

hip hip hooray TAF... :rof: :rof: :rof:

i'm just guessing you are a TAF plant...:rof::rof::rof:

So I guess that answers the question of how these law firms got chosen to provide consultation to TAF.

If you think the howling from the left is bad now, just think what it would have been had TAF rejected White for their BOT. For any reason, much less the point she makes her living on this one issue.

how can appraisers be independent, objective, and impartial when TAF and the their minions are not :rof: :rof: :rof:

There must be more to the story than just Pronouns.
Why? It wouldn't be the first time someone was cancelled because of "pronouns" or similar bs. The below is from an ABC affiliate

The MS Society confirmed to The National Desk Thursday that Itkoff was asked to step away from the organization because she made "statements that were viewed as not aligning with our policy of inclusion." The non-profit even doubled down on the intent behind its original decision, confirming that its staff had "acted with the best of intentions" when asking Itkoff to step away.

Are you capable of acting in an independent, objective and impartial manner in your assignments despite your contempt of TAF and appraisal standards?

WTF does DEI have to do with MS. Not enough diversity in those who have MS. Is MS racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc, etc. Maybe they need to research how to increase the cases of MS in the diverse community. Frackin idiots

Could you imagine the blowback if TAF had hired a law firm that specializes in defending those charged with fair housing violations. Generally speaking they would have similar knowledge and expertise. So what would be the difference....................
