I know its counter intuitive, but most of the money that was paid for USPAP books and went into TAF's pocket was paid by appraisers who appear to have virtually no say in anything, other than be a pin cushion for what the GSEs, DC, or Stakeholders want. It takes in $4 million a year and appraisers get nothing for it.
What changes were made to the Ethics Rule that made it crystal clear that was worth $500,000? Someone who has a 2020 USPAP and 2024, please compare.
