Noticing during my CE courses that most appraisers in these classes of mine are over 55. Just wondering, how old are appraisers?

I would expect appraisers taking classes to be older. It appears that the younger crowd is more likely to take courses online.

I'm a very young 45.:rof:

You know Jo Ann will come beebopping in here with her non-sticky lip gloss and try to tell us she is still climbing ladders and driving 75mph up , down and around the mountains all the while text messaging the HOC about the difference between the bolts between the steel jacks and the steel undercarriage being "affixed" or "attached" to the trailer.....and she won't mind telling you her age.

She's an honest woman, that Jo Ann

What can I say? I'm 32 :rof::rof::rof::rof:

You look great no matter what your age or avitar you are using, Ms. Janet!

Why thank you Hamlet! :Emoticon_hug:

Older appraisers take more online courses. Nobody can see when they fall to sleep.

I just celebrated my Sixth Birthday .. for the eighth time. :drinking:

half century but I don't look a day over 35 thanks to good clean living:icon_mrgreen:
