Tented house

What's with the tents? Don't they have bug spray out there?
Ha, Ha, Ha....tenting is one of the best treatments for drywood termites. Bug spray won't work. There is a spot treatment available but it doesn't have the warranty that tenting has IME.

Usually a home is tented before close of escrow ? So is it a closed sale ?
I didn't look carefully at the order and I see it hasn't closed. I just went there since it was along the way to see my tenant. I thought this was going to be simple drive by. Easy money.

You need to check to make sure that its not a homeless apartment building.

I contacted the client. I have end of week to complete assignment so I'll swing by again some time this week.
I cannot believ that you are still considering doing a drive by on a property that was tented. No matter what the reason for the tent. It can't be good. Should either require that client converts to 1004 or decline the assignment.

No matter what the reason for the tent. It can't be good.
No. Tenting is the norm in California, especially along the coast. I know, I know, it's weird California and we are all crazy out here. But tenting occurs on most every sale around here. Just providing the truth.

I was at Trader Joe and when leaving, I realized how close the property was so I swung by to see if tent was gone.
Yeah, tent is gone. Looks normal from outside. :clapping:
