When appraisers on this forum put out what they say on different topics, it gives me an idea of their personality, stubborness, racist views, and stupidity.
Thus, there are some forumites I highly considered their opinions and advices while some I take as a grain of salt.

I don't believe in safe spaces or STFU. We need to manage our own reactions to opinions we don't like.

Because if we won't restrain ourselves the management will have to step in and do it for us, and nobody is going to like that.

Well I have been guilty and not an-excuse but being locked down out here has taken a toll on my mental health or lack of it-My business also was very hard hit and a lot of pent up anger dealing with tenants. Most are good decent people but some are really gaming the system for all its worth. I have also noticed how many have either left the forum or simply just don't post anymore.

Dont blame them, i am pretty close to not commenting on anything outside of the commercial and fantasy football tabs.

i like to come to this forum to relax, and to see what other appraisers go thru who aren't big city residential lifers. i will agree that, can we keep politics out of the forum. i watch & listen to enough of that while i'm typing. and i don't mind grumpy appraisers, some of you kids will understand that soon enough.

It's obvious my fellow Claremonter is referring to me. Just for the record and what it's worth, I only respond/react in kind. I've toned it down quite a bit compared to the old days. But if someone posts something that really yanks my chain, I'll bite. I punch back. lol
