The ACI2009 update

lol-well, thanks Dave.

I've been using the 2009 version for a while now-so far I actually like it, and it's saved me some trouble on a report I had to do on a very old report I only had available in pdf form.

Don't be cautious about upgrading to 2009 ACI..just don't do it!!!
I was having a mapping problem with my 2008 version and was told I needed to upgrade to 2009 version, even though I had not been having any other problems before....On tech support's advice I did upgrade on Wed....even though ACI knew about these problems. The level of frustration I have had with this is beyond belief, I have lost countless hours on this and have been unable to send reports to clients by deadlines....do not upgrade until ACI figures this out.....BTW....tech support told me today that there is nothing they can do about this at this time!!m2:m2:m2:

My ACI crashes everyday now and so does one of my associates who also upgraded to the 2009 version. If I am in a field, such as additional comments section and hit backspace, it crashes. Crashes when I am in the market conditions section and change the font to make it fit, it crashes. It's very unstable right now. After a few years, ACI can not get a software program to run without bugs?

Just curious, what operating system are you running?

I run windows xp home

I run XP Professional. I don't have the problems you are having with ACI 2009. Could it be related to the operating system or hardware?
