The Carnivore Diet

It works but I use the Atkins-Keto method rather than plunge into the ketosis in five days method.
 
Honestly think you should use it as an elimination diet to figure out what foods don't work with your system, but not a permanent diet. Especially not with conventional feed lot beef.

If you have access to more nutrient dense beef including organ meats, you could absolutely thrive on it.
 
I did it for a coupke of years. However, it casused my chokesterol to go up. It says it shouldn't but it did. So check that every year to ve sure. I personally liked it. Was easy to do.
 
If you want to be monumentally constipated, this is your diet. And besides, who can afford to eat beef every day?

Cholesterol is not the devil we've been told it is. Dr's are starting to come around to it.

Quite the opposite problem before I started and it helped staighten out my gut. And fish, pork, and chicken are equally 'doable'. baked, smoked, not fried is even better.
