I did it for a coupke of years. However, it casused my chokesterol to go up. It says it shouldn't but it did. So check that every year to ve sure. I personally liked it. Was easy to do.
Quite the opposite problem before I started and it helped staighten out my gut. And fish, pork, and chicken are equally 'doable'. baked, smoked, not fried is even better.If you want to be monumentally constipated, this is your diet. And besides, who can afford to eat beef every day?
