The Carnivore Diet

Got one in town - I thoroughly despise it. My once or twice a year visit only reinforces my opinion of the place. But will try to keep that in mind.

youd be surprised how much you save when youre eating clean i spend a fraction of what i used to spend. my go to breakfast is a bacon, sausage and steak with egg breakfast bowl ($7) and lunch while inspecting is 4 large wendy's patties ($6)
I've been hitting up McDonald's for a double quarter pounder in the morning, just eating the patty with condiments and tossing the buns. Lost 1.6 pounds since the 29th and still having my wine.

The new lean mean Dj is ready to eat the shills for breakfast lunch and dinner. :ROFLMAO:

Doctors warn this trendy diet could lead to ‘heart issues and dementia’: ‘Playing with fire’

On the podcast “The Doctor’s Kitchen,” Dr. Rupy Aujla warned strict carnivores that their diet — along with the keto diet, which involves a low-carb menu — could “be pro-inflammatory and pro-aging,” pointing to past research.

“They observed changes in key organs such as the heart and kidneys where the accumulation of senescent cells contributed to systemic inflammation and toxicity,” he explained, per Express.

“These don’t get cleared away by the immune system, these are the cells you don’t want in excess and they can contribute to overall systemic inflammation.”

While other doctors have voiced concerns over adequate nutrition as a result of a meat-heavy, veggie-less diet, Aujla noted that the carnivorous lifestyle could also increase the risk of “cardio fibrosis and dysregulated mitochondrial function” in addition to increased cholesterol levels.

BREAKING: Hillary Clinton just dropped out of a Kamala fundraiser in the Hamptons because she's got "Cov*d."The DNC, it turns out, was a superspreader event despite nearly everyone being quintuple vaxxed.

This is exactly the same mindless piffle spouted about the Atkins diet in the 80s when "science" proved us that eggs and fat were killing us all so we should go low fat, high carb diets....like runners and triathletes might eat. And that led to a huge boom in obesity. Atkins low-carb diets in fact, lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

We bought half a steer this summer. In addition to steaks and roasts we have 300 pounds of ground beef in the freezer. That means every member of my house needs to eat a pound of ground beef per week.

Hamburgers, Chilli, Spaghetti with meat sauce, meatloaf, casseroles and now protein breakfast bowls.
