I like to think I am a pretty nice guy................and I like to think I am fair. But I also like to cut to the chase, and move on.

I'd tell him to BITE ME! Then send his fully supported analysis for my review at my convenience (and to think you would do this, above and beyond the review, for which you was hardly adequately compensated I suspect.

The old dude has got to have good eyes to split hairs like that!

Really, where can I buy one of these half cars I keep hearing about. Do they have kick stands?

 Hey Texas Tim, a MC has only half the wheels of a car, takes up less than half the space, but is WAY more than twice as much fun. MHO. So go figure.

Um, lots of people don't have ANY cars in their garage. Too much crap in there. :)

Bobby,

I'm wondering why this fool would call you in the first place. Usually, when I do a review, I just submit it to my client. If that client has questions regarding my review, they will usually ask the original appraiser to rebut my review. If there's still a question, it usually get's sent to a third party. At no time have I called any other appraiser when doing a review and I have never been personally contacted by someone reviewing my work. The whole thing sounds fishy to me. This guy is either trying to get you to admit wrong or is seriously 1 Bud shy of a sixpack. Maybe he's "smokin rope" or sumthin.....

If I were you, I wouldn't be discussing my report with anyone other than my client without written permission from that client. Who knows what evil these guys are trying to perpetrate?

If this idiot calls again, just let him hear a "click" as you hang up.
