No... I'm saying that Fannie is requiring UAD 3.6. If you want to do appraisals that will be used in Fannie loans, you will do appraisal reports that comply with 3.6. Your independence is intact. No one is going to force you to do Fannie work. You can make the choice to do appraisal work for other Clients.

I would take the lovely lady dentist any day of week from 3.6. I have a high pain tolerance.
 
Yahoo News has announced (how appropriate) that Accurate Group completed its first UAD Appraisal. This presents a problem. Per industry gurus, "accurate" is a bozo no no word. They should have used "credible". My guess is there will be a rush revision request probably while the parties are at the closing table and naturally the appraiser will be blamed. I'll give them credit, they're cranking out the new UADs, they're at a blistering pace of one a month. Congratulations and Happy New Year to the Credible Group!
