800 million????? HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE IN THE USA? 331.1 million. HOW THE F will we have 800 million "climate refugees?" A- we won't and probably won't ever unless you count people who live in flood zones, lava fields, or the middle of a dry tender forest that some arsonist sets afire. It will centuries before we get close to 800 million people in the country.

Developed economies need to provide at least $1 trillion per year to climate finance for developing countries to meet the national and global climate targets, one of the biggest developing economies and a major carbon polluter, India, said in a proposal to the United Nations.​

We've already sent India tons and tons of jobs to employ their people. How about India demand a living wage be paid to those people, so their people can be taxed to pay for their own country's infrastructure.....
