Three days of hearings on my same complaints again. I have questions?

Its against the Law if you do not use the Cost Approach? Its sounds like the reviewer is probaly an underwriter. It should be against the law to develop the Cost Approach on a house over 10 years+/- years old. Depreciation cannot be accurately measured and the numbers are misleading.

If I've understood correctly, it is quite possibly the most absurd thing I've heard.

Show us where it is, in the law books....

This has a link to some cases re: Cost Approach

This if I remember correctly is one of the points of law the ALJ ask the AG to supply a brief on.

Mr.Olafson,

I hear you and I fully understand. There is no doubt in my mind that the state board will reverse the ALJ at this time. I have shown to much to the public of how this board operates and the quality of it's reviewers.

I really wish others that have had dealing with the DLR/Appraisal Board would also step up to the plate and let us know of the type of dealings they have had. There has been only one on this AF Forum that has done so. That person ended up taking a deal, which was their decision, but as I understand it, the Board is back on their case again. It can be never ending I think if you P I SS off this board or win some points against them.

Ray I was just wondering if you have heard anything back since your last hearings?

Ray, I would get the license of the AG and file a complaint against them. As I have been told......One can file complaints against anyone else, including attorneys!! Perhaps some complaints against them should be strongly considered. Let their Judicial review boards handle their over zealous prosecution!

Just talked with my attorney yesterday. He has heard nothing. The ALJ gave the state until the first of July to file the briefs on the three or four points of law that the expert appraisers said were law. (Which I know were not). After the briefs are filed with the court then the judge reviews them, I think my lawyer reviews them and files any kind of answer or questions that need to be filed. I doubt I will hear anything for at least another month or two.

On another note in going over the state statues I found the state attorney made another boo boo when he ask me if I knew my abbreviations of Lic. And App. Were a violation of state regs. I found yesterday they are not. Again the state attorney is on a hunt and doesn’t even know the regs his self. I have no doubt he will read this posting over the weekend. We have little eyes watching and reading and reporting my postings to the state. These whatever haven’t the _ _ _ _ _ to be know and be public. But they are for sure here.

I have been working on reviews and testimony give by the states experts, I plan on filing full and formal complaints with the state, the feds and the AI on all of them. I know I know but what the heck they will find out any way and it already in print what they did and did not know or do.

I will keep you all posted. Got to get back to working on Meat N Taters now.

FHA is the only case where I understand you have to include (in addition to or instead of, your choice) you own comp pics.
