Hi, my name is Cierra. Currently, I'm operating as an Appraiser Trainee in the Conroe, Texas area. I'm seeking to enter a training program with an appraisal company known as RSDS Appraisal Diversity, LLC. To enter the training program, I'm required to ask 10 Certified Appraisers (in Texas) three questions. The appraisal industry is super demanding so I ask for just a little of your time. I don't think it has anything to do with being positive or negative - it's simply realistic. I think there will always be a need for residential appraisers - but the future for residential mortgage appraisal - especially in the F/F/F world - is not bright.My Advice to A Young person. Do not waste your time in this dead end field find something else to do. The future is not bright... Bottomline I wish I could be more positive
