are you kidding me? everything i experience that is run through the government is a joke. take our florida department of business and regulation. anybody that tries to call that and find out info will get 4 different answers if they call 4 times. when i was trying to get certified it took over 2.5 months to get approved and nobody could tell me why or why not only that it would take less then 30 days.

Im not saying that in this case there are not issues in the private sector as well, but it sure doesnt suprise me when a government paid employee gives a worthless responce and dosent seem to care.

And you think it's because of poor management? I see a finely tuned revolving door. Trust me. If they want something to work they'll make it work and well too. It's working the way they have designed it to work. They don't have problems collecting revenue they're due, do they?

And when you call Dell to report a problem with your computer, what do you get? Call 4 times and you'll get 4 different and progressively thicker accents.

Customer service and complaint lines are Pavlovian in nature. Only the insane and the intently determined will see the reason of their call to them through to the end. If you can't recognize this *buzzzzz* If you can't recognize this *buzzzzz* If you can't recognize this *buzzzzz* I'm sorry, it must be my problem.

You can submit your complaint one of 4 ways:
