UAD 3.6 discussion

The right play:

'I will work for ANYONE who will pay me MY fee for a job that I LIKE'.

(And in my case that has included some of the 'Bete Noir" AMCs from this board).

That is the ONLY criteria that matters. If I don't like what they send over for ANY reason - *BOOM* - declined. Every time. No stress, no worry. ;)

The fox is in the hen house. Skunks love eggs. One got in my grandparents hen house one time. It was not funny from what I heard. Them Skunks love eggs. Foxes like the hens. I have a skunk that visits me frequently and leaves it's proof it has visited me.

I haven't invited the skunk in or tried to make friends. I don't leave a dozen eggs on the front yard every night.

UAD 3.6: The next evolution in appraisal data – what lenders need to know now

Hosted by Accurate Group

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 update marks one of the most significant modernizations to appraisal reporting in over a decade. But for lenders, it’s more than just a technical update — it’s a strategic shift that impacts workflow, risk management, and data intelligence across the lending ecosystem.
In our webinar, we’ll go beyond the standard overview to explore how UAD 3.6 redefines the lender-appraiser relationship. We’ll introduce new data opportunities, and how UAD 3.6 reshapes how quality and compliance are measured. Our sessions will cut through the noise and focus on what’s really changing, what you should be preparing for now, and where early adopters are already finding efficiency gains.
Join industry experts as we translate the complex language of UAD 3.6 into actionable strategies for lenders — helping you future-proof your operations before the implementation deadline hits.

What you’ll learn:

  • What’s changing: The major data structure and terminology updates in UAD 3.6 — and how they impact the way appraisal reports are created and delivered.
  • Why it matters: The downstream effects on loan origination systems, QC workflows, and secondary market data consumption.
